On March 5th, North Sweden European Office will arrange a breakfast meeting in the European Parliament in Brussels with members of the European Parliament and representatives from the European Commission.
Hosted by MEP Sofie Eriksson (S&D), this meeting will explore key topics such as EU competitiveness, the role of regions and local communities in the green industrial transitions, and how the EU can support this development in remote and less urban areas, where significant progress is being made for the benefit of the entire EU.
The event will also feature case studies from northern Sweden with representatives from Region Norrbotten and Region Västernorrland showcasing major investments in the green industrial transition.
